Our first year of homeschooling is behind us. It's been a fun & challenging year. Rob and I are really proud of how much the kids have learned, how much we've all enjoyed homeschooling and are looking forward to many more years of this. God willing.
This is our modest graduation ceremony from last week.
We started off with songs that they sang, then did a puppet show which Noah has been reading (it includes all 220 Dolche sight words) for the past couple of weeks. The kids made the props & puppets for the show last week & today we performed the show. We finished their ceremony by having them put on their graduation caps (aka: smart hats...thanks to dude!) and recieving their certificates. It was very rewarding seeing how proud of themselves that they were. Everyone in our family played a role not just in the graduation ceremony but all year long.
Noah was so happy to be taking a break from school, knowing that he's a great reader and ready for the 1st grade! The caps (by the way) are homemade...each kid made their own...except Sela (i did hers).
We're so proud of Noah! 
Caleb also recieved a certificate since he completed all of his PreK workbooks. Yay Caleb!
