House hunting...I'm so ready to be done with it.
This process is taking a lot of our energy & free time, constantly in the forefront of our minds. We're super excited about starting over being in our own home again and making it our own. We've missed that over the past few years. Fortunately, were working with a really nice realtor we found through the Dave Ramsey website who has been incredibly patient and helpful. I know we'll be in our new home soon.
Today we're just waiting on the results of an auction for the house we fell in love with. (the first of the links below...it needs work but we just love it, the neighborhood, the yard, and all the potential it has) We came in a little too late to put a bid in for the auction BUT there is a chance that it didn't sell and we can put in an offer...so that's what we're waiting on right now.
This week we will definitely be putting in an offer on one or two...or maybe 3 properties that we like...just now positive which ones yet. Our goal is to be in our new home by Caleb's birthday...but we can be flexible.
These are the houses in the running...in order of our preference. What do you think?
